I don’t think the seller proofreads her own work or checks orders before sending them. I had a necklace made and received it with the date wrong. After multiple attempts to contact the seller, I finally heard back from the seller it was fixed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and ordered a second necklace for a family member. Received it with the name spelled incorrectly. Otherwise good quality, just poor customer service.
