I have yet to receive my order. Contacted seller twice, no response.

I received my rings today. So excited to finally be able to wear all three kids birthstones. The rings were bent when getting them out of the package and they are one size too small. I requested an exchange, not even a return, I still want to be able to wear the rings. But I was informed that they do not do returns or exchanges. Learned me lesson on this one, hopefully it will save someone else the trouble.

Got my necklace less than 48 hours ago and the chain already broke for no reason. Literally fell off my neck while I was walking. I have contacted the seller to try to get a refund. So far, no response from seller…. Update: almost a week since I got my necklace and seller still hasn’t responded.

Good quality pendant, average quality chain. Unfortunately, the engraving isn’t as easy to see and read as I hoped, but it’s still a nice necklace. I enjoy having something affordable with my kid’s names on it.
