Love it! Great quality

I placed an order for this necklace back on March 8. Rosegold, with my husband's and 2 boys name for the engraving. In my confirmation, it also says rosegold. When I received the necklace 3 and a half weeks later, the necklace was silver. No big deal, except for I don't wear silver. I emailed the designer, whose email was on the card in the package with the necklace, and waited for her to reply. All she said was I need an order number. I took a screenshot of my confirmation, which included the order number, my info and what I had requested. This was on March 29. On the 31, I still had not heard back from Kara, so I emailed her again asking if she received my previous email. Today is April 3 and I still have no response. No "I'm sorry, let me fix it". No- "how can I make this better". Just no response. The necklace is nice, yes. But not what I paid my money for. Would not recommend*

Poorly made. I ordered two with different lettering and both were way off-center. Wouldn't order from this vendor again.

I was really looking forward to getting this as it was a gift but I was disappointed & embarrassed to give it. The writing was hard to read bc it's so small & it looks more like cheap bent metal than a finished bracelet.

I bought these earrings for my daughter. I gently cleaned the posts with rubbing alcohol before giving them to her. The stone fell out. However, I was able to use my hot glue gun to glue it back on.
