Seeing this made me realize I never received my order. Can someone contact me please
I bought 8 of these necklaces. 2 of the necklace clasps broke the first time we tried to put them on. I emailed the seller about this, and received no response. The engraving is also very hard to see. The quality is not very good and the seller does not stand behind her merchandise.

The ring was as described but the lettering is barely visible I'll have to add model paint or a patina to have them visible. The lettering pictured is how I envisioned my baby's memorial ring, legible without trying hard to read it.
The chain length looks much shorter in the photo
