Beautiful studs - very pleasant conversation with Kara Marie and how she makes each order to order. Perfect gifts! So glad I ordered several pairs.
Beautiful, but finish around the stones was slightly scratched.

Have not received the product or a refund for my nov 9th order.
I ordered ornaments from this vendor nearly a month ago (November 24th). 25 days later, I still have not received my order and Christmas is this Monday! Having paid over $8 dollars for the shipping this vendor is cheating their customers by sending out orders a month out! If I’m going to wait a month to receive my order, shipping should be free! I would not recommend this vendor to anyone! I would have given this vendor no stars, but in order to review one star is necessary. BEWARE ! UPDATE: I received my order a day before Christmas only to find that the ornaments came with no hooks and the names of my family members misspelled and/or printed upside down. I reached out to the seller asking for my money back since I was not able to give these ornaments out to my family as gifts and she has not responded to a single email. I don’t know why Jane keeps endorsing this seller, but please please beware of buying from this seller. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC! I am praying Jane will intercede and help me get my $60 back!
I ordered my ornament in early November. It says it was shipped on nov 22 but there is not additional information as if a label was created but item was never shipped. I emailed the seller last Thursday and still have gotten no response. Christmas is less than a week away and now I don't have a yearly ornament for my nephew.

I have yet to receive this item and it states that it was delivered on December 2nd. I have attempted to reach out to the seller 3 different times and have yet to receive a response. I am very dissatisfied as this is a Christmas gift.
