I’m sorry, but your order was shipped as you ordered. The mistake was not on my end, and I am sorry you feel I have poor customer service because I won’t sendbyouvout a green item because you ordered incorrectly.

Why aren’t there zero stars?? I placed an order and paid on 11/27 for two necklaces that will be Xmas gifts. The status changed the “shipped” on 12/9. I continued to track the shipping but it only stated a label had been requested but no package sent. On 12/18, I emailed the seller to inquire and did not receive a reply, but late that night the tracking status changed and the package was apparently sent. Now, my expected delivery date is 12/21. After looking at other reviews I am not hopeful that these will arrive in time to be gifted or be of good quality. This will teach me to read more reviews for the sellers before making another purchase on Jane. Here’s hoping I am not out shopping for an alternative gift the morning of our family Christmas! 🤨

Kind of hard to read words. Expected it to be a little larger. But it is pretty.
I ordered 5 of these and when I received them all, the printing quality is very poor, to the point you can not read the scripture on most. I've contacted the seller and still have yet to hear from anyone and its been 5 days now. Very disappointed especially since they were Christmas gifts for New Christians.
