I am sorry you are unhappy with your shipping time, however please keep in mind these pieces are all hand stamped, hand made and hand assembled by me. During peak holiday season there is a large volume of orders, and processing times are longer. Shipping times are noted before you order as well.

Love my birthstone ring! It is just as described and not only did I put my kids but my husband and myself on as well so it it a true family piece! I would recommend if looking for something simple but lovely!

Sizing ran very small. When I contacted the seller she would not exchange or refund saying they were personalized. Not sure how a colored stone is personalized... Very frustrating.
I am sorry that you ordered the wrong size, however these rings are sized according to a professional jewelry size chart. They are considered personalized because there are 6 different sizes and 12 different months. That is a total of 72 combinations available for one single item, and the chance of reusing the same item in a reasonable amount of time is very unlikely.
