So sad! This ring did not meet my expectations. I ordered it with the name Brody in the handwriting font and the ring came to me written as “bRody.” I contacted the seller assuming it was a typo and instead they told me that the handwriting font was a mix of upper and lower case letters at random and was not an uppercase first letter and lower case rest of the letters like the photo and description suggest. The seller didn’t offer me a solution and unfortunately had awful customer service. At one point they even told me to google the font because I pointed out the description was misleading. I probably would have reordered the ring in a different font stye because the quality was great, I only disliked the font but due to the horrible customer service I will take my business to another small business owner. I am very disappointed that Jane would allow someone to post a product with this misleading of a description and low customer service. Do not purchase, but instead buy from someone else who will appreciate you as a customer and understand your concerns.

Ordered 4 pairs of earrings. They came within a reasonable amount of time. One pair was the wrong color. Emailed seller asking how to correct the mistake and never heard back.

So pretty!!! I bought some as gifts.

The image is a little blurry... almost like it’s a poor quality printer. I ordered two and the pendant with more color and detail was the most effected. Not a great buy. I would not order again.

Love it! Order you one seriously. I got my kids and stepkids on my ring the colors are so pretty. Size 6 was a perfect fit.

Beautiful pendants and bigger than I expected which I loved!! Only complaint would be on one of the pendants, hot glue was sticking out that I had to trim off. Other than that, very happy with my purchase. Bought as gifts, but decided to keep one for myself! :)
