Name was spelled incorrectly. Not sure how that happened being that I typed it in specifically how it should’ve been. Waiting to hear from the seller...very disappointed as this was my best friend anniversary gift.

I ordered two necklaces from this seller. One didn’t have both the birthstones and she has said they were “lost in the Bermuda Triangle that is usps” and that I should get it yesterday. Didn’t receive it and emailed her and she hasn’t responded. My other necklace had the name misspelled she said they would fix it and send me a new one. Then a few weeks later said that they were not sending a new one. That one was supposed to be a gift. I would not recommend this seller and am extremely upset with the lack of professionalism.

The necklace is great but the three jewels are not in the right oder as stated on the form I filled out. Just a little disappointed in that lack of detail. Looking locally to get it fixed since it's a Christmas gift.

I love the engraving and stones from the pendant, but the chain is real cheap and is not adjustable. It is too long and I had to go buy another chain for the necklace.

Cute necklace but one of the letters is not very visible. Can't figure out a way to fix it. Trying to see if I can send it back for repair or replacement😕

The necklace came in correct, the quality was good, my 3 stars are for shipping. It took a long time to get to me. I understand the personalization, but over a week and a half to even ship.

For the price this is great. However, there was a small spelling error. I'm not 100% sure it wasn't my fault, but I'd like to think I know how to spell my husbands name!

Chain is much longer than I would prefer. Pendant is super cute!

The names and stones were perfect! I wish the necklace was a little shorter but I can change out the chain!

The item is beautiful however the December birth stone requested is not what was sent. It was inaccurate. I would respectfully request a replacement of the entire order. I will kindly return the previous item sent for your review. Please email me. Thank you.

Never got it (still a month and 1/2 from ordering) and can’t get a response from seller. It said it shipped but stopped tracking in December. This review could change if I ever got this item. I understand about shipping delays during this time, but no response to my emails. Just a quick response would suffice. **** I finally got the item. Love it! Just can’t give a five star because of the no response to emails.
