I ordered two necklaces from this seller. One didn’t have both the birthstones and she has said they were “lost in the Bermuda Triangle that is usps” and that I should get it yesterday. Didn’t receive it and emailed her and she hasn’t responded. My other necklace had the name misspelled she said they would fix it and send me a new one. Then a few weeks later said that they were not sending a new one. That one was supposed to be a gift. I would not recommend this seller and am extremely upset with the lack of professionalism.

There was an error with receiving the correct spelling of the name originally. Delena was very apologetic and immediately sent out a new one with correct spelling, and then went above and refunded me for the necklace. I love the corrected necklace and wear it all the time!

Very cute, however the names on our are not nearly as discernible as the ones shown. My granddaughters are going to love them cause they are personalized and we can NEVER find anything with their names.
