There was nothing wrong with the bag that I could tell, I just decided on something else for Gift for someone. I returned the bag and couldn't get the sellers to respond to when I was going to get my refund. VERY poor customer service.. very disappointed. Not a good way to do business. If you except returns then you need to refund the money once you have the item!

AWFUL!!! I would leave ZERO stars if I could!! Not only is this bag extremely cheap the customer service is just as bad. I had this bag for 6 weeks and carried the bag for maybe 4 weeks out of the 6 and the inside liner started ripping within the 2nd week. I just watched it rip more and more everytime I carried it. So by the 4th week it was torn ALOT. The thread was coming through the zipper so the zipper was getting stuck. I decided to contact customer service to let them know. Unfortunately they said they have a 30 day warranty and they basically said sorry there is nothing we can do!! That’s what I call HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I figured the purse would last at least a month but boy was I wrong!!! It is so cheaply made. SO DISAPPOINTED in the purse but mostly with the customer service!! Customer service can make or break a company and I will NEVER order from this company EVER AGAIN!!! Don’t waste your money!!!
