I REALLY LOVE this bag! The description is not accurate as there are two handles the hardware is gold, there are not any backpack straps, nor are there side bottle pockets. With that being said I still absolutely LOVE this bag because I didn't want those features anyway. This is definitely a purse/handbag and NOT a diaper bag or gym bag as the description also states LOVE the bag but the description for it is not accurate ..,,
