The zippers broke off after the first time I unzipped the bag.

Hadnt used for more than a month and I was walking through a store when it broke. The strap broke at the connection part to the bag itself. Horrible quality.

Never buy anything from this company. I bought 3 different bags from this company and all 3 of them were bad, 2 of them the zippers were broken when I received them, and the 3rd one the strap was torn. I have reached out to the company and they have done nothing to accommodate the problem. I even sent them pictures of the items I received. Horrible customer service.

Order still shows processing but item was supposed to ship by 9/10 It's 2 week after that date that I'm reviewing and no progress Will update if/when I receive the items Update: I ordered 2 items but after submitting the review, the owner responded advising one of my items was out of stock which caused the delay It's unfortunate cause the one I was refunded for due to stocking issues was a gift for my mom :(

This bag was cheap but I didn't expect this poor of quality. One tassel was not attached when I opened the package and the other fell off the first time I tried to unzip the pocket. The leather on the front has indentions on it that will probably end up causing holes. Also, the fabric on the inside is very stiff and rips very easily. Again, it was cheap but not cheap enou for this quality. gh

The bag I received is NOT grey. It’s a nice bag, but sadly not the color I wanted or expected at all. It’s more of a taupe.

Cheap material, but cute.

Really cute but not the best quality. Both tassels and one chain on mine fell out and broke off within the first week. :(

I loved this cross body bag for almost a week before the zipper completely broke.

Love the bag design but quality is not the best. I’ve had it less than 24 hours and the tassel has fallen off.

Smaller then the pictures look and flimsy.

Great size, not sure on quality- the inside feels like paper.

This purse is very cute and I received a lot of compliments the first time I wore it. However, the second time one of the tassels fell off from the zipper. I reattached it, but then the actual fabric tassel part fell out of its metal holder and was unable to be fixed.

Not as cute as in the pictures. The inside of the purse is VERY cheaply made. I am close to returning it.

The pink is way too pink, I was anticipating blush, but the zipper is almost a pepto color :/ disappointing

Cute bag, but the tassels keep falling off. I lost one of mine when I was out.

I loved the purse but after using it 3-4 times the strap broke off— the thread holding the strap in came completely undone on that side.

The strap broke within a month of using it They are going to refund me the money Cute purse though

The bag in the image appeared to be wide at the bottom and it’s a flat bag!

When it arrived in the plastic bag, there was a blue stain I couldn’t remove, and one of the tassels was already broken off.
