It was a really strange color. Nothing like the picture.

Quality isn't as good as the picture.

Color was not as pictured. Ordered gray and it was much more taupe than pictured . The bag was smaller than anticipated. Customer service was very prompt and helpful in returning item.

Cheap and disappointed!!!

Not the best shape after being mailed

Although the style of the handbag is super cute, I was disappointed in the shade of the handbag as well as the quality of the inside lining. I ordered the taupe gray, however when I received the bag it was more of a taupe and nothing like the picture which looked gray. I was looking for a gray purse and that is not what I got. I know monitors can effect the colors, but this was a big discrepancy in color. The lining isn't soft and therefore makes a lot of noise when you are digging around in your purse.

Quality is not the best, especially the lining inside, it is cheap and noisy, I like the look of the handbag.

Love the bag with all the compartments however I ordered grey and got a tan color.

To me, the bag looked bigger in the pictures but it is still a good size and fits all of my stuff. Super cute. All in all I am happy!

Cute purse but much smaller than expected.

Sure doesn't look like the picture when it arrives in a flat envelope! Decided to keep it anyway. Smaller than most of my bags, but found the number of pockets very nice to help stay organized. With the size I don't have to dig to the bottom of my bag to find things.

Love the bag but the color was different than the picture shown.

This bag came with a broken strap! Emailed the the company with no response from them! Please beware and don’t waste your money

The bag is very cute, but the first time I carried it, one of the tassels came off. Then the next time I carried it, the other tassel came off. Very disappointed.
