More faux leather than I hoped. And the lining inside isn't fabric for almost $40 I expected to be a little better quality. Afraid it won't last.

It looks kind of cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

After 2 1/2 weeks my item was still sitting in a warehouse so I canceled my order. The only good thing was that I was able to get a refund.

Ordered Oct 4, said would ship by Oct 12, still showing processing on Oct 21. Has not shipped, just got an email to leave a review from Jane.com

Not the best shape after being mailed

I never received my bag!!! It’s been over two weeks! I tried contacting them thru email both on Jane.com and their personal website and didn’t get any responses. Terrible customer service to not even respond. It’s too bad because I was really looking forward to the bag.

Never received this item. I ordered this October 4th and it still says processing. Will update review once my shipment arrives. Hopefully soon. UPDATE: I did receive my package a few days after posting the original review. Be aware that shipping takes a really long time. This bag is very roomy and I appreciate all of the inside pockets. The outside is very nice looking. The only downside is the inside lining. It’s not fabric so I’m not sure how long that will last, but otherwise I’m satisfied with my purchase!

Had a strong glue smell but they are still super cute. Used them as gifts.
