Post office lost the package. After finally receiving the package, My daughter wore the watch band for only a few hours before it broke. I have tried to reach out to see about getting a replacement, but no luck. They are sending me a replacement. I will update once I receive it.

Love this bag, but I had to reattach a tassel and some of the inside stitching came loose.

I have now bought two of these and will probably buy more as gifts. These are exactly the right size and the perfect price.

Purchased the gray color. It is more of a blue gray than a true gray, but it is great! Perfect for every day use, traveling, diaper bag, etc. The arm strap is just enough length to easily slide it over your shoulder if you’d rather use it as a traditional bag than a backpack.

2nd one I ordered. This one was for a friend. She loved it! These are super fashionable and come in handy when you have your hands full.

I rated this 1 star because the necklace (although pretty) does not lay nicely. It's as if there are too many beads on it that it's too tight and causes the necklace to look crimped. I wish it hung gently like a typical necklace does.

I ordered my purse on October 5th and as of today, October 21st, I have yet to receive my bag. I have contacted the seller and no response. Very disappointed that I have not received any notice and my bag. I’m very upset at the possibility of being scammed.

Ordered this bag in September. Emailed customer service and received no response. Its October 21 and it has not shipped.
