Bag is cute, but not satisfied with transaction. Shipping was slow and when I inquired (2×) I was told they didn't want me waiting so they put another one in the mail. What really happened was they printed a label so I would get a notification, but failed to ship it until over a week later. If they sent another there would be a different tracking number. I would have gladly accepted them saying they were behind and not given an excuse that wasn't true.

Not impressed with this seller at all! My tracking said UPS was waiting for the item for over a week. When I emailed the seller they didn’t even send a response. I will not order from them again

Was not shipped according to #days posted on the page. I had to communicate twice to the seller about it and the seller had very poor customer service. Bag is nice, but not worth the aggravation.

Sent wrong color and apologized for it but I'm disappointed to not have the bag I ordered.

Definitely not the best made bag. I was planning on using this as a diaper bag but it feels rather cheap for the price. Idon’t think I’ll get much use out of it.

I’m leaving 3 stars only because of the shipping. This order was placed July 2 and it is now July 19 and I still don’t have it. However, the seller ships using DHL and they are just slow. I try to avoid making a purchase if DHL is the used but I didn’t know until inquiring about the status of the order. Customer service was very nice though. I will update the review when I finally receive the item. I finally received the item July 24! So I’m still out the warning out there on the DHL shipping - it sits for DAYS before being picked up from seller or moving between locations. As far as the bag ... it depends on what you’re after. The bag is very sturdy. If you’re after a rugged bag then this is great. If you’re after the casual bag they have loosely tossed over a shoulder in the pictures, this is not the bag for you - price or style/fit. I wanted it to serve as a purse for a vintage/antique/flea market shopping trip to free up hands and eliminate a clunky bag hanging off my shoulder ... but I still wanted it to be cute and stylish. This doesn’t fit the bill. It’s super stiff and doesn’t really hang on the back right and certainly can’t be casually tossed over a shoulder. But like I said it’s very sturdy for a hike or camping or even a day at the beach.

The bag basically was fine but could have been more functional. There was only one outside compartment. The zipper appeared to be cheap and I could seeing it being difficult to zip with more use. I got the gray and black bag and it was attractive. I returned it because I needed more functionality and to hold up with traveling a month around Europe. The handles were too short but it was stylish.

Product is nice. Shipping is not. Jane says they usually ship in 3 business days. I ordered this on July 4 for a trip on July 13-which should have been plenty of time. Package was delivered July 19. Since I had to buy another bag for the trip I will be returning this one.

It took a long time for this bag to be delivered. Also, when it arrived it had a very strong chemical smell. Because of the way that is closed it holds a bit less than expected.

Quality is OK for the money. I don't really like the straps, they are too thin. Also, this bag took forever to ship!

This is way too large to be carried as a purse. Its definitely more of a school book bag or diaper bag. No use to me :(

I've had this for about a week now and it feels sturdy and durable. I also like the look and color. My only issue with it is that the zippers don't zip smoothly and sometimes stop mid-zip.

I love these bags. They are durable and very fashionable.

Love my new backpack. My only complaint is that the straps have to be re tightened every time I put it on because they easily extend

I love the bag...but the color isn't quite what I expected. Ordered Plum...it's really just Purple.
