The sizing for these jackets I think are meant to be for girl sizes not adults. I ordered a large and I'm giving it to my 8 year old niece for Christmas.

It took a while but I did receive my item. However, it didn’t fit well. I am petite in size but my regular size wa small in the arms and chest width. It is hard to contact customer service. No way to contact by phone, only by email. Buyer beware: they do not provide return shipping label and cost $20.00 in shipping charges to send the item back to California. I am very disappointed in not only the item, but customer service as well.

Was the wrong color and size med ran like a size small ! I need to return

The jacket was amazing. Until I tried to take it off the zipper was stuck. It took me over 30 minutes and the help of my husband to get it off. I have sent email after email to the seller asking for an exchange or refund but, no response. Do not buy from this seller they are terrible!

Was at least two sizes too small and the zipper doesn’t work. I ordered a medium and had to give it to my petite 10 year old. Seems like Asian sizing where you need to order four sizes larger 🤦🏻‍♀️

I never received my order. I contacted the seller and asked for either a refund or replacement and never heard back.

I ordered this jacket a month ago, it said it was scheduled to ship October 29. It is now nov 18, has not shipped and I have contacted the seller to find out what the ship date would be and two week later have not gotten any response. I would like to just cancel my order but no one will reply to me.

Would leave zero stars if I could, I ordered this on October 26th, it’s November 26th & I still haven’t received it. It was supposed to ship on October 29th, it never shipped. I emailed the seller, they never responded. Reported this to PayPal so I can get my money back.

I can’t rate this item I haven’t received it yet. I ordered it the end of October it says they ship within 4 days. It has been over a month and still haven’t gotten it.

The jacket is adorable. But unfortunately it runs very small. I ordered an adult large, and it was tiny. I gave it to my 12 year old daughter. I'm so disappointed. I wanted it to work out!

I like it, but this jacket runs small. Go one size larger if you are ordering!

While this jacket is cozy, it is very boxy/short. I was so disappointed because the pictures make it look so much longer. Love the color though!

The arms were long and big while the jacket itself was so small and tight. I look ridiculous in it. It was so super soft and I wished it would have fit right.

Extremely small! I wish it would have worked because I love the look. Giving it to my daughter, hopefully it will fit her.
