Not a true representation of the boot based on the picture, color is far the desired color I ordered. This is the first item that I have purchased from Jane that I have been completely dissatisfied with.

Never received the boots filed a claim with postal service as suggested and they did not find them. I have not received a refund after contacting them or a pair of boots. This is the first item I have bought on Jane.com that I have had an issue and I have bought many and suggested the website to all. Extremely disappointed!

Boots do not look like the picture. I ordered the taupe and they do not look like the faux leather like the picture. They have a sheen to them and likely won't hold up if exposed to any moisture. Kind of disappointing. Gave an extra star because they are actually comfortable. Just wish they looked more like the picture.

I would not have sized down and the color was very different from what it appeared to be. I ordered the tan but the shoes are actually dark brown.

Bad customer service.

Cute but Heel was cheaper plastic made to look like wood. Not overly comfortable

They said to go down a half size which I did. Made sense! Very cute. I wouldn’t say I could wear them all day on my feet, more for style than comfort.

Runs small

I absolutely LOVE these booties. They are comfortable and cute!

I won’t be able to say enough nice things about these booties. From the moment I put them on I was in love. Super comfy, fits well I’m a 7.5. Ordered the tan and they are beautiful. Might get another pair.

I wear a small and sized up to a medium and it's still way too small It's very cute, but the sizing is horrible I gave it to my 10 year old
