I did have a problem with shipping but not because of Jane. It shipped out on December 4th and USPS shows it is still in transit. Jane knew I needed the item by Christmas. They are air shipping it to me at their expense. That is true customer service and most appreciated. I would recommend Jane to anyone!

I absolutely love the case It's very thin and light Was disappointed with the pop sockets though They are not comfortable to hold onto - for me at least However the seller reached out to me and was so kind and offered to work something out - excellent customer service Thank you!

Wrong phone cases sent - I ordered for a 7/8 and was sent cases for an X. Edit: Seller was really quick to respond and is sending new cases in the right size and even provided a prepaid return label to return the wrong ones.

This clearly states that it is for a tablet stand and that's how I wanted to use it. The base is not stable enough for a tablet (it is stable enough for it to just sit there; if I want to touch the tablet, the stand is not stable enough). They should have sold it for a phone or an iPod (not an iPad). Also, the cupped area for the phone/tablet to stand on is too narrow for an iPad in its protective case. Third, it is not stable enough for the iPad to stand upright (one can only use it sideways).
