I loved the case and was so excited to put it on my phone and I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and they were more than happy to send me the right size. Great customer service. I sent back the wrong size and can’t wait to get the correct size.

Doesn’t hold much at all

super cute but feel like it can get worn easily and the flannel starts to ball up a little bit

Got this for my 4 year old because she is always falling asleep in the car and her head hangs down to her chest and is uncomfortable. She has used this once since we received it and I'm pleased to say that it worked and her head was supported and no stiff achy neck. We will probably order another one for my older daughter.

Thought item would be a big bigger. Originally bought it for my son to use for school but had to buy another one elsewhere. Cute for an overnight bag for your kid or a snack bag.

Poor quality, the sticks won’t even stick in the round stands, they’re too big to fit. Makes them unusable.
