Talk about a merchant with utmost customer service, care, concern for happy customers. I mis-ordered the wrong style, Ms Pam reached out offering how she could assist in making it right for me. How lovely, how refreshing. Quality of build is excellent. The clasp, cord and pearl itself excellent well-made. Pay close attention to whether you prefer knots v no knots :) And note that the pearls are truly natural, so each one is uniquely shaped. A really really nice piece!
