The sole is rubbery and floppy and hangs down off your foot as your’e walking. I felt like I had to shuffle when I walked in them. The seller was quick to respond with a full refund!

Customer will not respond to any resolution after repeated attempts. As well we have never had this happen before or any complaints on this item. We are happy to replace this item but customer will not respond.
