Refund given. No response from customer.. We offer free returns for any reason. This is a well loved item and as deal states see below: Fills the space in most cars! Please look at your seat console area before ordering to make sure these will work in your vehicle. The opening is 1.5" wide and 1 foot long! It will slip down if you have a wider gap.
