Tried using it but it’s not functional

The look good but haven't used yet so can't attest to writing and erasing factors.

This broke the day I got it. Tried to Contact Seller, but the link is not connecting me to anyone! I'd like to give this item another try, if they would send me a new one @ n/c, but how can I even get in touch with anyone?!?

Very hard and not giving material at all, disappointed but it will do I suppose.
