I have tried and tried to reach out to this customer with no response. I gave a full refund and sent a prepaid label for return both of those also have been without a response from this customer.. It is 9x5 and says so on the deal and says its small and for a toddler. We would never mislead as it would create bad reviews and returns. I am sorry you had to see this 1 star review for a great product that sells very well and is enjoyed by many! Best Regards Pam

I love this wallet. I have had my old wallet for many years and never considered buying another one until it wouldn't snap close. Then I saw these beauties. They are exactly how they are described. Very soft, holds many cards, and compartments for other things. I ordered the soft mint and it's true to it's color online. I highly recommend it!
