My daughter loved this case and pop socket when it arrived, but after using it for just a few days the pop socket broke. She was very bummed. I sent a picture of the broken pop socket to Pam who immediately sent us a whole new case. Great customer service!

The strap is in a really awkward position so it’s not really usable. So it’s kind of more of a nuisance than useful.
have tried and tried to reach this buyer and no response.! Sent prepaid return label, sent refund and still nothing! I have never had a complaint on these and the strap is in a perfect place so I do not understand this review. These are awesome and comfortable and act as a stand too. Our customers love them.
