Phone Case with Sliding Strap/Stand

Rating:

Handle doesn’t stay latched in place for very long. Dropped my phone and it didn’t protect it all and the screen shattered. Ditched it and got a better shock protected case.

I am sorry this happened . A refund has been given. It is not a shockproof case and not advertised as such either. i have never heard strap does not stay attached but gosh I am sorry about that too. I would send a return label to see about the strap and understand that better but I think you tossed the case. Regards Pam
