Customer does not reply. Will not return the case. Full refund given! I dont get it. It comes with a pop out grip so that you can securely hold your phone. . . Nobody complains about these! They are loved by everybody.

I really like how slim the cover is and I find it easy to skip the ring over my finger and text with one hand. My only disappointment is that I can't charge on the base thru the case, but not a big deal at all. I will buy again in other colors!
