Pam, IMMEDIATELY reached out to me and when I say immediately I mean it was within minutes of posting the initial review.At the time I’m leaving this review right now she had emailed over four hours ago. Because I’ve been really busy at work I have not been able to check my email Until just a few minutes ago.45 minutes ago Pam actually sent me another email and this is verbatim from Pam in the second email: “I am so upset about what you received. We are a reputable vendor and this is just is awful. I am sending you 2 stands. One for you and hopefully one for your colleague so you can see the way it should have been received. I can not imagine why anybody would send such an awful wrapped package. They all come beautifully boxed and nobody ever complains. Its such a great seller and has rave reviews one after the other so I am terribly embarrassed and sorry for this horrible incident. We had 2 unwrapped stands sitting on a table and a zillion in boxes. So why an employee would grab one of those is so upsetting and beyond my comprehension. I too would be beyond upset and I am doing my best to resolve this situation. I assure you as a well deserved 4.5 star review vendor this is an anomaly and it is not what we knowingly would allow. Please forgive me for this as we are not perfect and really really care about your satisfaction. It isn’t the review it isn’t that you have to shop with us again. I understand that. I only care that you are taken care of the only way I can at this point. Take good care! Regards Pam” Not only within the last 45 minutes did she send that second email but I also received a full refund and then notification that the stands were being shipped out. She was so kind and both of her emails it brought me to tears and her response time was instant as soon as I responded back to both emails. People like her they go out of their way for what may seem to be the smallest thing but ends up being the most significant part of MY day. PAM, THANK YOU!!!!

Omg I absolutely love this!! I am always dropping my phone while trying to manage cooking, laundry, paperwork, zoom, etc. with one hand, while holding my phone with the other. I am going to order one for every room of my home. 🤗👍🤗👍
