I like the fact that the pop socket and case match. There was a flaw in my Pop socket but Pamela responded to my e-mail within minutes and is replacing it. Great customer service.

Poor quality , seemed cheap

I would order a half size up next time, but these are super adorable. They don't have any cushion, but I didn't expect them to, so that's fine.

Easily broken

For protection it isn't the greatest but for style and beauty you want this. Customer service is also top notch

Sturdy, well balanced, does not tip over even with an iPad!
