Update: seller is amazing and reached out to me ASAP to see how she could rectify the issue. I did however wear the watch one loop looser and the watch face stayed in better than when the wrist band was super tight. Wrist band is awesome, fits my watch really well. Only issue I’m having is the actual square watch itself pops out too easy. Went for a run and it popped out while doing so. Luckily I felt it fall out so I grabbed it.

This is 1 of a few gifts for my husband for Father’s Day. Its just meh, but it’s not like I expected it to massage my husband’s shoulders as he drove: It’s hard plastic, not very deep & I don’t think it’ll be of much use to him honestly. Also, I won’t buy anything else from this seller because I bought another item & didn’t leave a 4-5 star review; the seller emailed me twice about it. If you look at the reviews, anything less than 4/5 stars has a seller response which is her right BUT buyers ALSO have the right to leave a review based on their opinion of the item. Not all buyers will be 100% happy. If a seller can’t take the occasional negative review, maybe sales isn’t her thing.....just saying.

I love all customers even you! We take returns for any reason and work closely with any customer who has an issue. I am sorry you did not feel it would be worth the time to reach out instead chose to write this review. Good, bad or indifferent reviews will be what they are. We do whatever we can to turn a frown into a smile. Its a roll of the dice but always we know we tried our best If a customer wants resolution its here for them if not nothing we can do. I am a customer too for online shopping and respect any seller that shows they care and takes care of any issue as not everything is for everybody and while some hate something others love it. While I am thick skinned it still stings when somebody hints that we set out to sell an item that is flat out bad and we know it. Jane would never allow a seller like that in their community. We are human just like you and we strive hard to maintain our rating.
