Company shipped the incorrect item. I had to get Jane customer support involved. Finally they agreed to ship the correct one and then got another email saying that they could not ship it.

We ordered 3 towels for our little kids to use at the pool (the mermaid tail, pirate skull and bones, and shark bite). I love that you can personalize them! The colors are super bright and they are beautiful designs. They are a great size too! The towels themselves are pretty thin and doesn't really resemble typical towel material when you first open them. We haven't used them yet, so I'm hoping they are absorbant and at least get the job done for a beach/pool towel. If they are (and I remember) I will definitely change my 4 stars to 5! **edited to add that after I washed them they felt more like a towel, but still soft like a blanket- my kiddos LOVE them. They are absorbant also :)

This item was a joke!! Nothing like what they advertised . It will not stay together so therefore it can’t be used. If I could get my money back that would be great!! Would not recommend for sure.
