The picture looks nothing like I received. There was burnt marks on the back and had a few strong odor of a burnt smell. It looked adorable in picture. I can't return the item because I had it personalized. I had to throw out because of concern of the smell. I'm sorry to give a bad review but I feel it wouldn't be fair to the maker and future customer if I didn't share my experience.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Aside for the horrible smell and the scorch marks from the laser(which the fine print does list out), the stand pieces aren’t cut correctly to allow it to stand up. I’m completely disappointed in this purchase. Customer service was atrocious, and they refused a refund. I’m hoping Jane can fix this, but based on other reviews of this seller- they are inept with providing quality craftsmanship, and their customer service is on par with Xfinity. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell on Jane.com!

The texture of this is not that of a beach towel It's not thick or plush - it's thin and glossy I doubt it will absorb water I'm bummed because I bought six(!) of these for nieces and nephews Christmas presents
