Adorbz! Have my Burt’s wherever I go!

Have never received!!! This company is extremely rude and customer service is terrible!! I ordered this pillow on APRIL 11 for Mother’s Day for my mother in law. Mother’s Day is Sunday and I STILL have not received the pillow or ANY word from the seller as to why I don’t have it. Jane is having to refund my money because they can’t get the company to respond either! If something happened they should just say so, ignoring is so completely rude!!!!!

Great in theory but the stiff plastic doesn’t allow my dog’s collar to bend around his neck so it’s not comfortable for him. Also, the tag keeps flipping over so only the back shows. He won’t be wearing this. Bummer. (For reference he’s a 10 pound zuchon. Perhaps this would work for a larger dog.)
