Small but super soft and snuggly!

The picture wasn't cute right and was uneven. The sticky adhesive on the back was messy from the overhang of the picture not fitting properly.

The colors are off
Received a month ago, personalization was incorrect, even though the packing list showed it correctly. Emailed seller, who asked for a picture of what was sent. Emailed back three times with no response, and no replacement received.

Have never received!!! This company is extremely rude and customer service is terrible!! I ordered this pillow on APRIL 11 for Mother’s Day for my mother in law. Mother’s Day is Sunday and I STILL have not received the pillow or ANY word from the seller as to why I don’t have it. Jane is having to refund my money because they can’t get the company to respond either! If something happened they should just say so, ignoring is so completely rude!!!!!
Great in theory but the stiff plastic doesn’t allow my dog’s collar to bend around his neck so it’s not comfortable for him. Also, the tag keeps flipping over so only the back shows. He won’t be wearing this. Bummer. (For reference he’s a 10 pound zuchon. Perhaps this would work for a larger dog.)
