I did expect it to be a truly "large" mat and was disappointed. I usually read reviews but didnt this time so it is my fault. I accidentally order 2, so the size issue worked out in the end. I wish I would have gotten a different pattern because the color wasnt what I had hoped for.

It’s cute but not what I expected. There’s nothing to keep the note pad stick to the wood. It’s more of a placer than a holder. Also mine was a little off centered. Wouldn’t order another one for sure!
