The coasters are beautiful. I would have given five stars except that I accidentally order two sets due to a glitch in the "slide" application on the Jane app and when I tried using the email listed, it ended up getting returned to me due to the email being inaccurate and the coasters showed up (Two sets) because by the time I got to the company, they had shipped! (fast service...good thing) The email I received from them was one sentence. l expect more out of customer service than a "the package was delivered". I will just keep the coasters, but the customer service reps showed put a little more effort into their responses.

The personalized part comes right off. I'm going to try to glue it, but I'm super sad its poorly made.

Edges on tags seemed very sharp.

I ordered two of these - one for my two cats to share, and one for the dog. Really nicely printed, but smelled AWFUL when I first opened the box and wrapping. Had to air them out for a few days. Otherwise, these are very nice.

Mat is ok. Had a horrendous smell at first but it's day two and the smell is going away.

I never received my order. I emailed the seller for resolution and never received a reply from them.

Not sure what size dog they have in this photo but mat is much smaller than it appears in photo
