The tag I ordered is adorable! It also arrived quickly. Highly recommend for all those in Whoville including grinches!

I just got the package yesterday, and it has my dogs name in front and phone # on the back, but the numbers are scrunched together so one looks like an 8, instead of a 3!! 🙁

Mug was broken in many pieces upon arrival!

They are a little small, but they fit in my daughter's cup holders. I would have liked her name to be a little larger. You can barely see the personalization on hers, but that may be my fault for choosing the font that I did.

It was smaller than I thought and a little thin and cheap looking.

This is not what I expected. I could have made this myself. Basically someone took a sharpie to the ornament. The lettering was terrible.

The name is written on the ornament with a sharpie or paint pen. Not what I was expecting.
