Looks fantastic.
I was so excited to get my ornament and once it finally came it was broken!!! I know it says personalized items are non returnable but I REALLY hope that doesn't mean items received broken during shipment. I would like a full refund due to it not at all being like it's sounded to be. The wording is literally like handwritten using an fine point black sharpie. So discouraging.
Oh no!! If it was broken, and you haven't already, please send us a photo with your order number and we are happy to send you a replacement ASAP! :) These were each hand lettered by myself using a fade resistant long lasting pen. :) thank you for your business!

The mugs are very cute my son loved it but after two uses the rim is starting to rust. I’m not sure how to contact the sender to try and get a replacement?
