The order was suppose to be delivered on the 9th. I thought it was coming from TN which I have learned it did not. I still do not have the rug and I have tried to give Grace as I know the USPS is struggling. My issue comes from the lack of help the owner is giving. I got a response that is still in transit. I don't know why either this wasn't insured so I could get a replacement or refund. If they seller would have let me know and helped out I would have loved to order another one weeks ago so that I could have received the item because I see many others are getting their orders from the company.

I ordered 2 personalized ornaments in the same order and only received one. The ornament was beautiful but i was told they would get the other one right out and i have emailed 5 times trying to get new tracking info or even just to know if it's been shipped and can not get any response. Very disappointing .
Turned out really cute, it is much bigger than I expected, but I still love it!

Hey there. I am absolutely sick to my stomach having to send this email. When this deal ran during Thanksgiving week, we immediately sent the artwork over for printing. Days went by, days turned into weeks, and our supplier informed us that they were out of stock of this item and likely wouldn't have more stock until this week...depending on USPS delivery. Well, as it turned out, they didn't receive their stock so we found another supplier for this item and had it shipped to us directly to print in our studio. They were supposed to arrive late Wednesday or Thursday. As luck would have it, they're held up in transit...surprise surprise. Much like a lot of other things in route right now. When we tracked the order, it showed an "arriving late" update and the earliest it will arrive now is Monday. Which is too late for Christmas delivery. It makes me absolutely so sick to even have to cancel orders like this because we value the thought that goes into purchasing a personalized gift. It's why we started our business in the first place. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We are beyond frustrated with the shipping delays this year but please know we appreciate your business more than you'll ever know.
