When my order came the children were out of order, names were on the wrong kids, AND THERE WAS AN EXTRA BABY GIRL ADDED THAT DOESNT EXIST IN OUR FAMILY. I have contacted seller and NO RESPONSE. Can’t do anything with this messed up gift.
Hi Carol, I actually responded to you within a few hours of your email. i sent you a screenshot of your order so you could see that you did order the print with #4, the baby and the names were as you had placed on your order. Obviously you had added the baby by accident, but I make the prints exactly as ordered, which is why I ask all customers to double check for errors. As I said in my email, I can remake, reprint and resend this to you for only a small "re-do" charge. Hope you see this because I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. Very cute picture! The colors were vibrant and true to the photo. I gave it four stars due the shipping time. It took two weeks to ship. But my mom loves it as her birthday gift.
