Ok. I expected this to be produced on a higher quality paper I suppose. It's a printout, only modified for names. Adequate for price I suppose, just a little disappointed in quality.

Print turned out very nicely, but two issues: 1) the print had a slight crease near the top, possibly due to the packaging that isn’t as sturdy as I’d hoped. 2) the image size is slightly less than 8x10, so I had to purchase a custom mat ($10) to mount it in my 11x14 frame. If you plan to use an 8x10 frame without mat, it will not fill up the frame without showing an odd white border around the image.

Less than impressed with quality of print for the price. Plus item description stated: "Prints are printed onto card stock for a lovely, rich finish and shipped in sturdy, non-bendable mailer." However, print was shipped in standard mailer that was bent even though sender wrote "Do Not Bend" on the envelope.

One of the characters was a girl when it should have been a boy. It had the name "Liam" over the top so didnt that make someone guess if it was right? I guess nowadays that isn't necessarily the case though. I had no way to double check if it was my mistake or theirs once this offer disappeared off of jane.com. I had to throw it away.

Not worth the price. I ordered one with the 3 girls on it for my mom for Mother's day. The tree isnt centered. It's very plain Jane. The others might look better but I Wouldn't order this again!

Exactly as described, but when shipped the envelope was bent; therefore, the bend shows on the dark images. Would recommend writing "do not bend" on the envelopes.

Unfortunately came bent so it has a crease in the print. Left a heavy book on it for days and didn't make a difference, otherwise very nice. Unbeknownst to me Seller sent me a new one NOT BENT from Post Office. Highly appreciated. Thank you so much, and it's beautiful ❤️

I love this print! It is especially meaningful because I ordered it with my 4 siblings in mind. Then coincidentally the week I received it, I lost one of my sisters. Now it really holds even more of a bittersweet rememberence of all of our times together as kids!

The print is smaller than I thought. It won't fill an 8x10 completely. More like a 5x7.

Very cute... but I was expecting a bit better paper. Very flimsy and needs to be shipped with cardboard backing because it got bent.

Loved! I would of gave it a 5 but shipping took long. I did love the outcome though. Maybe since its customized it took as long as it did.
