Update: The company emailed me back immediately and is sending me a new die to replace the old one. The stamp is very cute and works well! Great customer service!! I selected the stamp with Santa’s sleigh over the trees. The font makes the 9 in my address look like a backwards 6 or almost a cursive 2. Very disappointed

Casey Harp with Boutique Stamps & Gifts has been very helpful in replacing this stamp that arrived damaged (via postal service). Casey kept in contact with me within a day of emailing them about the stamp. It is a beautiful stamp and look forward to using it on our Christmas cards.
Absolutely love this purchase. It is a self-inking stamp which I wasn't sure it would be. Showed up perfectly on my envelopes. I used it the first day it came!
