wrong zip code and too much trouble to send things back to distributor. Had another order that was a piece of junk. Again, same issues with trying to return cheap products. I will NEVER order anything else from the Jane Company.

Jacque, it’s the customers responsibility to enter their personalization correctly. Your stamp was made as ordered. Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable according to Jane’s return policy. Therefore, we don’t accept returns.
