Well made but name was off center which was not ideal.

Love the product, just wasn't happy with how my initials turned out. All three letters are the same size, and that just looks funny when you are doing initials. However, the mats are beautiful and seem to be great quality.
Hi Alisha, we now understand you were looking for something specific. That would have needed to be communicated to us since it differed from the personalization that was left with the order. Had we known you wanted the larger middle initial we could have done it :( Sorry about that! However- on a monogramming note, it is common to have 3 of the same size letters for a monogram. It's personal preference.
These are a Christmas gift for my 17 year old stepdaughter, so they haven't yet been used....but they look great and arrived in a timely manner.
I'm not certain that I received the right pattern that I ordered - But, it's a cute lunch tote anyway.

These are awful! The stings are too short, they roll up when you pull the string. So , you have this too short stringed, rolled up bag.
