Really small not what I expected

I thought it was something else and just wasn't happy when i received it. It was a gift for my sister who is a Senior this year and i just didn't give it to her because i was so unhappy with it...

The colors on the actual product are nowhere near the vibrancy that it looks like in the picture. You can not even read the words. Very disappointed.

Only received 2 of the 4 i ordered They were for an event this weekend and I'm very disappointed not to have them Emailed seller and got an automated troubleshooting response but it still hasn't been addressed

Did not receive 1 of 3 that I ordered.

It came with the wrong words and when I notified the co. There has been no response. It’s been over 48 hours

The graphic is very blurry and not like the picture at all.

Sorry company! My name is Cindy which was suppose to be on the koozie but they sent Niki. I tried to contact them but they never responded. Don't waste your money.

Sadly I have a “Catherine” instead of a “Christine”. Although my receipt shows the proper name. That is fixable however, I purchased several patterns all of which look like they’ve been through the wash several times.

cute but VERY light in color - could use more depth

Item arrived and was correct, but design #32 has a faux wood grain pattern which I didn’t realize upon ordering and it looks stained and discolored. Stay away from that pattern in particular. Customer service “proved” I was wrong by thinking it was an error but offered nothing as far as an exchange to make me satisfied with my purchase unfortunately.

First order arrived in a timely manner and was on the cheaper side but still cute. Second order was lost in delivery. I reached out multiple times and kept receiving automated messages back. Finally got a hold of the seller and they didn't answer my question on if I could get a replacement shipped out ASAP. More emails back and forth to finally find out that they don't offer refunds. Jane customer service was great and let me to talk to the seller right away. Still awaiting my order to arrive, it has been over a month.

Not very good quality, doesn’t keep drinks cold and took a long time to ship.

Colors aren’t as vibrant and I thought the names would be textured but are not.

it is a lot cheaper looking and made than the pictures appear
