Personalized Kitchen Towels

The print looks great. But I'm so confused why the material is different on the 2 towels I ordered. One is thicker and is great to dry my hands, the other is paper towel thin and doesn't serve as a towel to dry hands. Both have the same print but are made from 2 different materials.
