The chain looks very cheap and the disk itself is very large, about the size of a quarter. Not exactly what I expected.

Awful! The worst product I have received and even more so worse customer service. I emailed them the picture with the writing on it -- never heard from them. Reached out to Jane help support because it was suppose to already been shipped and no response from the seller. After that all gets straightened out I received my item, which is a Christmas gift, well suppose to be a gift, Both front and back of silver pendent is all scratched. Super crappy quality. I'm too embarrassed to give this as a gift. I reached out again to Jane support and is awaiting again for a response. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET SOMETHING ELSE.
