This necklace snapped in the middle of my daughter’s name. Terrible customer service. They want me to pay for shipping the broken one back AND pay for a new one.

Very cute! The only issue I have is that the clasp seems a bit cheap and I am afraid my daughter will be annoyed with how hard it is to get off.

The chain is beautiful but the script is difficult to read. I have contacted the seller so hopefully they can help resolve the issue. The name Serena looks 100% like Lorena.

I received the personalized necklace that I ordered for my daughter for Christmas and the name is misspelled. I have emailed the seller twice and included a picture of their mistake but I still haven’t heard back from them. I now am having to go through Jane to try and get a refund. Waste of time and money.
